Description

Create a straw man for the basic Topaz applications. Basic features:

  1. Basic framework of Information Repository (Fedora) with framework (Cocoon) and a single application
  2. The application would ingest a single provided PLoS article
  3. The application will also allow display of the article through IE and Firefox
  4. Expansion/documentation of the content model
